Automotive, Logistics, Property, Retail, Beauty, and Healthcare—these are just a few of the industries capturing the dreams and desires of South Africa’s youth. In communities where entrepreneurship is often the clearest path out of poverty and into purpose, business has become a booming symbol of freedom, self-empowerment, and a pursuit of economic potential.
When Investpad Africa extended an invitation to Nono Communications to speak at their 4-day bootcamp, we were ready. Originally allocated two hours, our session naturally extended to three. Hosted in Alexandra township, the event was nothing short of electric.
Our Key Areas of Focus:
What followed was an interactive session filled with deep insight, sharp questions, and passionate dialogue.
A vibrant group of young women entrepreneurs raised critical concerns—from separating one’s personal identity from their business, to building cash flow, understanding equity, and most powerfully, cultivating the discipline needed to pursue long-term goals.
We addressed real entrepreneurial challenges:
Our mission wasn’t just to inspire—it was to equip. We provided actionable tools, frameworks, and resource leads to help them move forward confidently.
We left Alexandra deeply moved and fully inspired.
To the founders of Investpad Africa, Nomfundo Tshabalala and Theo Masango—thank you for inviting us to share your stage. The light shared, the energy exchanged, and the ambitions ignited in that room were nothing short of transformational.
This is where leadership continues to cook.
